On November 7, 2025, the DFQT+ Stakeholder Workshop organized by GAIN was held in Lagos, bringing together regulators, food producers, and technical partners to advance Nigeria’s digital fortification monitoring efforts. The event showcased how DFQT+ enables real-time traceability and more efficient oversight, while highlighting the value of rapid testing tools like BioAnalyt’s iCheck in strengthening compliance.

On 10–11 September 2025, BioAnalyt and QuImpact team helped with onboarding and training at Sena Edible Oil Refineries (SEOI) and icddr,b in Dhaka as part of the Lighthouse Project and GAIN’s DFQT+ initiative. Participants from GAIN, SEOI, BSTI, BFSA, and DNCRP explored Vitamin A testing with iCheck Modular, digital data management via iCheck Connect, and practical strategies to improve compliance and traceability in food fortification.

On June 12–13, 2025, the International Virtual Exhibition Fair on Large-Scale Food Fortification in West Africa will be taking place with support from CRS, QuImpact, HKI and GAIN. The event will bring together stakeholders across the region to explore fortified products, share innovations, and strengthen collaboration.
