
As part of the LSFF project, Catholic Relief Services, in collaboration with QuImpact, provided technical training to over 60 participants from laboratories and regulatory agencies, including the Division of Consumer Protection and Safety (DCSC) and the Senegalese Food Fortification Committee, focusing on analytical methods and rapid testing tools for iodine, iron, and vitamin A in fortified foods. The workshop also welcomed participants from Guinea, who benefited from experience sharing and joined a regional pool of trainers to support future capacity-building initiatives in their country
